Access is the challenge
Many Carrollwood palms stand in side yards or courtyards you cannot get a lift to. We climb and lower the material by rope so nothing lands on the landscaping, the screen or the neighbor's fence.
Carrollwood · Hillsborough County
Carrollwood and Carrollwood Village have decades-old palms mixed into a mature oak canopy — sabals, queens, and some very tall Washingtonias tucked between houses. Tight access and close neighbors make this careful, climbing work.

Forty-year-old Washingtonias here can carry a decade of dead fronds if they've been skipped. That's a heavy skirt to bring down safely, and it's why the first cleanup usually takes longer than the annual visits after it.
Pods pulled, boots cleaned or skinned to your preference, green canopy left intact, everything hauled, drives and walks blown clean.
